Upon purchasing a package, users are granted the right to use the dedicated computation channel for AI voice cloning. Users must ensure they have the necessary permissions or authorizations to upload voices for cloning. The user assumes all responsibility for any issues arising from unauthorized use.

For subscription-based services, you are responsible for canceling your subscription before the renewal date if you wish to avoid being charged for the subsequent billing period. Celebrity AI Voice does not offer refunds or prorated refunds for subscription fees once they have been charged.

(a) 24-Hour Credit Usage Exception: Celebrity AI Voice offers a 24-hour refund exception for credit-based services. Refunds will be considered if you meet the following conditions within 24 hours of the transaction: Your usage of our services for the specific transaction involves credit usage fewer than 3 times. You must contact our support team at celebrityaivoice@gmail.com within 24 hours of the transaction.

(b) Legal Requirements: In cases where applicable laws or regulations require refunds, Celebrity AI Voice will comply with those legal requirements.

(c) Fraudulent Transactions: Celebrity AI Voice reserves the right to investigate and, in its sole discretion, refund payments that it suspects are the result of fraudulent activity.
